Most new hybrids are sterile, requiring no deadheading. Leggy plants can be cut back by half, fertilized, and watered regularly to promote new growth and blooms. Supertunia® Vista Bubblegum is the best of the best, with shocking pink flowers that completely obscure the foliage from the time it’s planted until the hardest frosts knock them back in late autumn. For novelty types, Supertunia® Pretty Much Picasso and Supertunia® Picasso in Pink are unique in that they have green edges to their purple or pink flowers, giving them quite the artistic flair.
